Relay can send a weekly Parent Report (on Sunday) containing their student’s web activity. This report includes the student’s usage time percentage, top searches, top websites, blocked websites, and their daily websites visited compared to the schools average. The reports get sent to a list of parent emails that have been imported via a csv file within Relay.
An example of the Report can be seen at the end of this article.
How to Set-up Parent Reports:
Log into Relay
Go to Settings > Users & Group Management
Before importing the list of parent recipients, create the list in a CSV file format. Download and refer to this example when creating the list.
Column A: must be the student's email, the import does not accept student username (required)
Column B: parent's email (required)
Column C: additional parent's email (optional)
Click on Import, choose your recipients' list file, then click Import again.
IMPORTANT: It is very important to understand that when doing Parent Report Recipients Import, it effectively wipes the current list, and creates a new list. Keep a copy of the recipients' list and update or edit the file when users need to be added or removed.

NOTE — The usage percentages listed at the top of this report fall between the following times: Before School (5-8 a.m.), During School (8 a.m. – 4 p.m.), After School (4-8 p.m.), and Late Night (8 p.m.- 5 a.m.).
