You may be unable to login to Relay for various reasons.
First, you should make sure that you have an active account in Relay. All Relay administrators receive a welcome e-mail with their account information.
Secondly, you should verify that you are indeed an administrator in Relay. If you were an administrator in another Lightspeed Systems product, such as Web Filter or Mobile Manager, you will not automatically become a Relay admin. You will need to have an independent administrator account with Relay.
Finally, please ensure that you are loging in through the correct portal and that your credentials are correct. Customers can login to Relay with Google, Office 365, or Lightspeed Systems credentials, each through a different portal.
